This policy explains, in plain and simple terms, which cookies and other storage technologies the tinado.ro website uses, why we use them and how you can control your choices at any time. The website belongs to TINADO — a dry cleaning and laundry service located in Iulius Mall Iași, Bd. Tudor Vladimirescu no. 1, Lower Ground Floor (below the Dr. Max Pharmacy). The website operator is TINADO CROITORIE S.R.L., company registration number (CUI) 38819119, Trade Registry no. What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser when you visit it. They help the website "remember" certain things — for example, that you are the visitor who started filling in a form — and they are sent back to the website each time you access it.
Local storage (localStorage) is a similar technology: the information stays right in your browser, on your device, but it is not automatically sent to the server. We only use it to remember your cookie choices, as we explain below.
Which categories of cookies we use on tinado.ro
The consent banner presents you with three categories: Necessary, Statistics and Marketing.
Necessary (always active)
These are essential for the website to work safely and cannot be switched off. The law does not require consent for them:
- tinado_session — the website's session cookie. It allows the pages and the contact form to work properly. It expires after 2 hours (120 minutes) of inactivity.
- XSRF-TOKEN — protects the contact form against forged submissions (CSRF protection). It is valid for the duration of your session.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — the anti-bot check only appears on the Contact page; when you open that page, your browser loads the widget from Cloudflare. The widget may use its own storage in your browser, strictly for security purposes (to tell real visitors apart from bots), with no advertising tracking.
Statistics
We currently use no statistics cookies at all. The category appears in the banner for the sake of transparency and to allow for possible future additions. If we ever enable an analytics tool, we will first update this policy and ask for your consent through the banner.
Marketing
The only feature in this category is the Google Maps map on the Contact page. The map does not load on its own: it requires both your consent to the Marketing category and a click on the map-loading button. Until then, the page sends nothing to Google. Once the map is loaded, Google may set its own cookies in line with its policy, which you can find at https://policies.google.com/technologies/cookies.
How we save your choice
When you press a button in the cookie banner, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage (localStorage), under the key "tinado-consimtamant" — not in a cookie. We record your choice for each category, the date you made it and the version of the policy in force at the time of your consent. Your choice remains valid for 12 months; after that, the banner will appear again so you can choose anew.
How to change or withdraw your consent
You can change your mind at any time:
- press the "Cookie settings" button in the footer of any page — this reopens the preferences panel, where you can switch the Statistics and Marketing categories on or off;
- you can also clear the website's data from your browser settings at any time (cookies and local storage); the banner will reappear on your next visit.
Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Third-party cookies and services
Two third parties may come into play on tinado.ro, in clearly defined situations:
- Cloudflare Inc. — on the Contact page, where your browser loads the Turnstile anti-bot widget; in addition, when you submit the form, our server sends the verification response together with your IP address to Cloudflare, for security reasons;
- Google — only if you have consented to Marketing and loaded the map on the Contact page.
Cloudflare and Google may transfer data outside the European Economic Area, based on appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). We have no control over cookies set by third parties; please refer to their policies for details.
